Positive: Stayed 3 nights. It's a perfect place if you have a car, since it's very close to motorway between Fez and Meknes. The room and whole area was spacious, with nice terrace. Building is new or renovaited, so everything seems fresh and clean. It's not complicated to get there and hosts are welcoming you on arrival. We had a nice and comfortable stay there.

Negative: Well, the bathroom is crappy: the cheapest equipment is already either broken od disfunctional, water all over the floor because of bad design. Dining room freaking cold in the morning. The biggest dissapointment was breakfast - for the price of this place it was minimal. On the third day of bread with marmelade and half cooked omlette, we bought ourselves some yogurt and cheese to eat something different. Additionally, on the first day we ate a simple, small pizza for 8EUR, which I think was totally not worth it. We did not eat further any dinner at this place.
