Casa Luna is a villa within the 'Luna Villas' complex, featuring an exquisite and modern design, perfect for groups of friends, couples, or families on vacation who wish to experience a unique retreat and connect with nature.
It is located in one of the best areas of Santa Teresa, just a 5-minute walk from Santa Teresa Beach, close to numerous restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and stores.
It's our main villa, with a capacity for 6 to 8 people, consisting of 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room with two sofas and a TV, a dining room (table for 8 people), and a fully equipped integrated kitchen. The villa also features an outdoor area with a private pool, an outdoor living area, sunbeds, and a BBQ. The house has 200 mg WiFi throughout.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and a sea view.
The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed, plus a trundle bed that pulls out from underneath, and a private bathroom. One has a sea view and the other overlooks the pool.
Daily cleaning service is available, and additional laundry service can be requested.
Guests have access to the entire house, all bedrooms, the pool, and the parking area. The laundry room, where the washing machines are located, is the only area not accessible to guests.
There are two villas on the property, with only the parking area being shared.
The neighborhood consists of several family homes and rental villas.
From Casa Luna, guests can walk to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
Nevertheless, guests can always rent an ATV, motorcycle, or car for more independence and to enjoy some more distant beaches.
For large groups of up to 13 people, there is the option to also rent 'Casa Lunita' (with a capacity of up to 5 people) located within the Luna Villas property.
