The villa sits at the edge of Ferma Beach, a gorgeous cove-like shore with crystalline blue water. Our villa is just outside of the seaside village of Ferma, which is home to many excellent small tavernas and restaurants.
The property is a two-story, seven-bedroom villa with a separate one-bedroom bungalow situated at the edge of an enormous pool. The villa sleeps up to 18 people and has all the amenities you will need for the vacation of a lifetime. The interior of the villa is decorated and furnished with selected pieces and paintings of prominent Italian artists of the highest caliber.
*Security Deposit – A Security/Damage deposit equal to 500 Euros is required to be paid by guests at check-in by cash or credit card. In case of the event, the security deposit is equal to 1000 Euros. This security deposit will be returned within 15 days of the departure date, provided proper check-out procedures are followed, and there is no breakage or damage to the premises.
