Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The hotel is excellent and clean, with a great location for anyone entering Ceuta or leaving Ceuta and looking for a first stop to rest in Morocco. The kitchen is fully equipped, but in the bathroom you need to bring your own soap and shampoo as they are not provided.

Negative: The water heater runs on gas and it really caused me a lot of trouble. Sometimes the water is hot and sometimes it isn’t. I honestly hope the hotel owner changes the water heating system in the room. The Wi-Fi is very bad and doesn’t work; the signal is extremely weak—barely one bar. Reception is not available at night or early in the morning. I didn’t see anyone at the reception during those times. Also I was trying to call no answer
