Summary: Arrived at about 9.00pm in Febuary. It just so happen the weather in the evenings was very very cold. There were no heaters in the Riad and there was no way we could have stayed there. Huge disappointment. Next worry was getting a place to stay and would we get our money back. Phoned the owner who saved the day. He gave us some idea of where we might get tempoary accomodation and pointed us in the way to some accomodation agencies for the rest of their stay. More importantly gave us a full refund when we got back to the UK. Didn't work out for us but you are deally with an honest owner !!
