Positive: Amazing family, even provided medical assistance! The house is larger than it appears in the photos and very clean and comfortable. The beach is 20 seconds to the house and one of the best on the island. There is absolutely no noise from the restaurant or beach. Kokkari is a 6 minute drive away (40 minutes walking because of the steep hill on the way back) where you can get everything you need for your stay and the restaurant across the hill is also very good (but closes around 5-6 after dinner service).

Negative: The driveway to the house might be difficult for beginner drivers so I would recommend parking at the free parking lot on the road and walking down to the house (1 minute walk), which isn't really a negative at all.
