Positive: Quiet, comfortable apartment in a very nicely kept garden filled with fruit trees & herbs. Bikes for guests to use were a real bonus as it's not that easy to get around by foot, so was a good alternative to a car for me. The nearest beach was very quiet and the host was very helpful and responsive to any question I had. Daily room tidy/bin empty was another unexpected, but welcome surprise!

Negative: The noise from the road was a little louder than I expected if you had the windows open at night. Fine if you had them closed. Having salt/pepper in the kitchen would have been helpful.
