Positive: The villa is located in the quiet and fashionable neighborhood 300 m away from the beachfront and has its own closed courtyard with a pool. The interiors are stylish - even though there are some worn elements in the bathroom - and the room is cozy and bug. The staff were extremely friendly and even served me a separate late lunch when I missed breakfast slot. Super nice guys are working there. Bare in mind that the villa is not at the center and you'll need to take taxi or to walk up to 40 min to go there, which I regularly did along the seafront with a great pleasure. One of the city's most vibrant nightlife areas is 10 min walk though

Negative: The bathroom was a bit small and as its door opens inward there is even less space
