Self-contained 2-bedroomed villa. Sleeps up to 5. Access to large saltwater pool (heated Foc in the summer) & jacuzzi spa. Decorated in traditional Moroccan style with great modern amenities. Double bed in both bedrooms plus sofa bed in living area that can accommodate one more. Open plan living with well equipped kitchen, dining and lounge areas. Amazing sea views from the terrace and pergola, with an extra outdoor dining table and chairs for the best sunsets imaginable!
Self-cater in a wonderful unspoilt location with amazing sea views, just a short 15 minute drive to the picturesque fishing port and cultural centre of Essaouira, in an area with outstanding watersports: kite and wind-surfing, surfing, etc. You can pay extra if you want daily help with cooking and washing.
The villa is self-contained and has all mod cons in a traditional countryside setting. Access to a large practice terrace and poolside building, and a plot of nearly 3 acres, in the process of being landscaped. Next to protected Thuya forest and aboutminutes walk down to the dunes and beaches that are a wonderful secret where hardly anyone goes. There is access to the large outdoor saltwater pool and jacuzzi spa, and a large pool room. Pool heated in summer season, can be heated in winter for an additional fee, on request - 4 days notice minimum to arrange this.
We are often on site in the main house but not always. The Guardian and Housekeeper, Mustapha and Fatiha, live on site all year round. They provide security and maintenance, cleaning before and after your stay and, for an extra fee of 10 Euros a day, Fatiha can help with daily food preparation/ cooking, washing/ironing, etc. during your stay. For larger groups of up to 11, accommodation is available in the main large house where the ground floor can be booked. We don't rent out the upstairs master suite and private studies, whether or not we are in residence. There there are three en-suite bedrooms and another two rooms (one double and one triple), with direct access to two showers and Wcs, a large dining room and kitchen, separate utility room, fabulous outdoor covered dining terrace, fountain and access to the pool area, as well as a huge practice terrace for activities.
Set in a beautiful unspoilt and protected Thuya forest, with just a few neighbours, each with their own land, in a walled plot of almost 3 acres. We've just started planting the vegetable garden, the orchard comes next! It's a bargain price for such unique accommodation.
You'll need your own transport (we can introduce you to Chaaba Cars, the best and most reliable rental company in Essaouira for excellent rates), as this is a countryside property some distance from the main road but very convenient at only around 15 minutes from Essaouira, with shops, souq, many restaurants and hotels, museum, art galleries, and spas. Camel trekking, dune buggies, kite, wind and regular surfing courses, yachts for hire, etc. We can recommend some places both in and outside the main town. A haven for those who are into exploring a wonderfully unspoilt area with great accesses to excellent surfing beaches both to the North (Moulay Bouzertoune) and South (sidi Kaouki).
Affectionate dog on site provides fun (for dog lovers) and is great with kids. The small villa has a surrounding fence with gates to provide security for those who don't want the dogs to visit them. Satellite internet access and Wifi, access down an unmade road/piste that's in pretty good condition, manageable by normal cars/vehicles.
We can introduce you to the most reliable and best value car rental company in Essaouira if you're not bringing a car, and they can also arrange to meet you at any of the main airports, as well as the local Essaouira airport.
