Positive: The location is good, it's far enough from the main strip, you won't hear anything. However, there's a hotel next door that has loud guests. There's a shop under the apartments, you can get all kinds of things there. There's also a car/quad/scooter rental and a laundry business in front of the studio. Since there's no daily housekeeping, our room was cleaned only once. The beds were okay.

Negative: The air conditioner was full of dust, we didn't want to risk getting sick, we didn't turn it on at all. We weren't able to get a good night's sleep, we had to sleep with the windows open and the room ended up being full of mosquitoes. The kitchen would be more useful with a microwave. Don't imagine that you'll be able to cook a full meal, you'll only be able to do that if you bring pots and pans from home. The bathroom is small and quite old.
