Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff were extremely friendly and pleasant with staff speaking French, Spanish and English. The breakfast was good and plentiful on te roof top terrace. There was plentiful good hot water in the clean shared bathrooms. Other guests were not at all noisy, although I suspect if the hotel were full it would be noisier due to the echo values of the beautiful ceramic tiles everywhere. The location was good but being in the Medina (very close to the souk) there are a number of steps to negotiate from the main road (taxi drop off point). None of these points however should detract from a pleasant stay right in the centre of town at extremely good value.

Negative: The bed was quite hard and I had to ask for another blanket (immediately supplied) as it was cold and there was no heating. I went in January and the climate was cold, wet and windy that weekend. There was an electric fan in the room to cope with the heat of summer. Nevertheless I enjoyed my stay and it was extremely good value for money.

Summary: Good clean hotel in an excellent centre location and good value for money.
