Located in a secure domain, this 260m² Villa is surrounded by a 600m² enclosed garden with a private swimming pool not overlooked.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and WC. The living room opens onto a large terrace with fountain, overlooking the garden and the swimming pool.
The summer patio and dining room overlooks the rear of the villa and provides an ideal relaxation area for evening aperitifs.
The fully equipped kitchen is dedicated to the housekeeper who prepares breakfasts and, on request, meals directly in the villa using fresh produce. She also takes care of cleaning the villa during your stay.
The swimming pool has at one end a shallow covered gazebo (1m) and at the other a shaded corner, ideal for resting, drinking a tea or reading quietly.

Summary: We stayed here for 8 nights and 9 days, although we did spend one night in the Atlas mountains. Our unit, #39, was 3 bedroom with about a 15M/45Ft pool. As others have mentioned in other reviews, this is a very nice gated compound. Kids really enjoyed, facilities are very good (about same as 4 Seasons residences in the US), management (we worked with Pascaline and mostly with Jean Jacques) and staff were very responsive. The one slight negative is that you are about a 30 minute car distance from town, and about an hour away from the Atlas mountains. As much as the villas are nice, (as Jean Jacques also said), the villas are not all of Morocco. But having said this they do offer a shuttle about every 2 hours (free), and you can take a 25EUR car back to the compound at night. The villas come with a dedicated housekeeper/cook, our person, Bouchra, was very attentive. The one negative is that the meals are very heavily weighted to Moroccan food, which you will have almost every where, so a few western dishes would have been nice on the menu (you pay for the meals separately). The beds are on the firm side, but at the same time very comfortable. Central AC (though we did not use much, only during the day when hot). We had a dedicated driver, which was very nice, but at the same time a lot more than what it would cost to hire a taxi - but, he was very much on time, fluent in English, and generally very helpful. I think management did a very good job with their staff hire and training. So all in, I think Touhina represents very good value for money, and the facilities are excellent.
