Summary: Room is very tired, rather dirty and had a terrible damp smell. There was also construction going on outside my room until 2:30am, hammering, pipes being dragged across the floor and lots of shouting - I went and spoke to the reception and they told me there was nothing they could do despite the hotel being quiet.
