Positive: position position position the view from roof top

Negative: the roof top is nice but barely unusable as at the top of very steep stairs (forget to have meals up there) very steep stairs and toilets at ground floor some centipedes can fall on your bed if you are sleeping at second floor as they are on the ceiling. they are not dangerous but my daughters didn't like at all !! small toilet with only one window (on the kitchen)
