Facing south, it is adjoining ours, but separate, your privacy will be preserved. A large terraced garden faces the Arize massif, the land is sloping and it takes 12 steps to access the house from the parking lot in the courtyard. No traffic.<br>Very comfortable all seasons, cool in summer, underfloor heating in winter, fireplace for pleasure and grilling back from walks. <br>Three levels: downstairs, living room-dining room-kitchen and toilet, two well-individualized bedrooms upstairs and another in the attic. Each with bathroom or shower and toilet.
