Newly built, 2 bedroom, 4 bed, fully-equipped, secure apartment beautifully presented, in Flat 86, Iqamat Rushd, Rocaine Mujahidine.
On-site free parking and secure parking in basement garage. Elevator available to 2nd floor.
Regular bus routes and taxis to city centre and tourist attractions. Under 10min drive to Ibn Battuta airport, city centre, bus/train station and 5 minute drive to the local beach.
Local cafes, restaurants, banks, shops and amenities just a few minutes walk away.
The space
I'm confident you'll love how clean, peaceful, comfortable and well presented it is.
Everything is new and immaculate condition.
The main living room has a 50" TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix applications.
There is no air con but I provide a fan if the weather gets too hot.
The flat is brand new part of a new complex facing exclusive villas. The lift and stair lights will be operational soon however guests have no problem with the couple of flights of stairs as they are naturally lit by daylight throughout the day so barely an inconvenience.
