Positive: The room and its facilities were all good and we were upgraded to a room with a hot tub on the balcony, which was a real plus. It was interesting to see all of the ships and ferries. The staff were helpful and provided another mattress topper when requested. The Sappho poetry book in our room was a nice touch.

Negative: The a la carte breakfast was not great. The nearest part of the beach below the hotel is dangerous because of breaking bow waves from passing ferries.

Summary: Good apart from breakfast.
