Located in a very quiet position this amazing villa is surrounded by one hectare of private garden with perfectly maintained English grass. There is a private swimming pool of 16x6 mt, which can be heated, the pool is equipped with elegant sun beds; there is also a pool house lounge with a kitchen, bathrooms and shower.
The entrance of the villa leads to a large and bright living area equipped with sofas, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen with all appliances needed and a fire place.
There are two double bedrooms with queen size beds and ensuite shower room; (One or two additional beds can be added for children in each room. A third double bedroom with ensuite bathroom: the fourth bedrooms, is accessible by a staircase that goes to the roof terrace, so this is completely independent room and features 3 single beds and ensuite bathroom.
The villa has Flat TV with DVD, sound system mp3, Barbeque, private parking.
The villa staff consists of a couple living in a small separate house behind the vegetable garden. It is possible to have a cook available at the cost of 200DH per day

Center of Essaouira is 15 km away from the villa, it offers all services needed, the coast is about same distance. The Mogador Gulf club is about 19 km away
Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
It is not allowed to organize events in the property without prior approval
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
