A spacey (60m2) house ideal for a couple, a family or a group of friends (2-4 guests). It offers a capacious living room united with a double bedroom (1,80m). All furniture have a history of a century and are carefully maintained . A separate kitchen, fully renovated (2024) and equipped with electrical appliances such as an oven, a fridge, a toaster, reverse osmosis drinking water purifier, espresso machine, crockery, cutlery and everything that a household requires. A beautifully fitted bathroom, fully renovated (2024), equipped with quality amenities. A desk suitable for work and a laptop device, along with an lcd monitor is also provided.
Exclusive terrace
The house opens out to a spacious yard of 70 sq.meters, with two tables, built-in benches, lounge chairs and sunbeds, which gives the guest a feeling of absolute privacy with panoramic views of the Aegean sea, the sunrise and the whole view of the village Exo Gonia and Kamari. When Anafi Island is not visible, it is difficult to distinguish between the beginning of the horizon and the end of the sea. The feeling is fascinating!
