Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It is a very nice apartment, with good quality furniture and good view to the sea.

Negative: There are a couple of things about the experience of renting this apartment: 1. There is a 50 € fee for cleaning, what is totally unreasonable, it pays hours of cleaning. I’ve message the owner about it since we would just stay two days and normally we leave the place as we’ve found, but no answer. Before being in this apartment we’ve got similar apartment in the same building, without this fee + parking. 2. We’ve seen ants in the bathroom, what is not acceptable if everyone that is using the apartment is paying 50€ “cleaning” fee. 3. There is no dishwasher, a flaw for an apartment with this price. 4. The apartment is located in a building on top of a steep hill, with poor road access and difficult options to park. 5. There is no lift, ok for us to manage, but not a good experience for older people, since the apartment is on 5th floor if I remember well.

Summary: Nice apartment, but not worth the total price for two days.
