Positive: In a great location in the old Medina. The staff were so friendly and helpful - we checked out and and left our luggage until our ferry was due, but when we arrived to collect it we were offered tea before our journey!! How amazing is that. - Like others have said, the breakfast is amazing - so much delicious food and attentive staff.

Negative: No issue with the property - but we were offered a taxi from the port to the hotel for €10 which we declined because on Google maps it looked like a short walk. However, we got totally lost in the Medina and wished we had taken up this offer as it would have been so much easier to arrive at the kasba and then find our way to everything.
