Positive: This is a new hotel with high-standard decor, giving it a fresh and modern feel.The views were fantastic, adding to the overall experience.The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even helped clean our clothes at no added cost, which was a thoughtful touch.The atmosphere in the evening was wonderful, creating a cozy and relaxing environment.The team went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests for food outside regular meal times. Their attention to detail was excellent, and it was clear they genuinely cared about our comfort.The managers knew us by our first names, and the entire family was always smiling, making us feel like part of the family.It’s only a 5-minute drive from the city center, making it a convenient location.For the quality of service and amenities, it was excellent value for money. We were genuinely sad to leave and can confidently say it was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip.

Negative: The only downside was that we had to leave
