Holley House is a three bedroom, two bathroom single-family home that comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The split floor plan and layout provides spacious common areas and well-appointed sleeping arrangements, two living rooms provide an ideal for family gatherings, group trips, and extended stays.
The kitchen and living room share an open floor concept, making it easy to cook, dine, and relax together. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for your convenience. The primary bathroom features a shower, while the guest bathroom offers a tub and shower combination.
The private backyard is fully fenced and provides a quiet place to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring Navarre. Smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi included. Laundry room available for guest use.

Getting Around:
Public transportation in the area is limited, so having a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended for flexibility during your stay.

All booking guests must submit a photo of their ID for verification, complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either the damage waiver protection plan ($45) or a security deposit ($250) before receiving check-in instructions. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be sent one hour before your scheduled check-in time. To avoid any delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance.
We’re happy to welcome your furry companions—all breeds, shapes, and sizes are accepted, with a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. This fee covers your entire stay and includes basic pet cleaning. All pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning; any excessive cleaning—such as indoor accidents, excessive pet hair on furniture, or damage—will result in additional charges.
