The appealing holiday home is located at the North-East coast of the Greek island Corfu, overlooking the bay of Kalami.

Our villa is part of the privately owned Alkinoos complex, the first in a row of 6 terraced houses.

The astonishing view over the bay of Kalami and the skyline of Corfu Town can be experienced from several spots in the private garden. The balcony as well as the newly built terraces offer plenty of possibilities to sunbath, relax as well as enjoy a sundowner or your home made meals in the shade of an ancient olive tree.
Rooms and terraces are on several levels owed to the hillside location. Your private parking lot is located right in front of the house, belongings can be easily carried inside.
The spacious pool is situated at the opposite end of the Alkinoos complex and is shared with the community. On the paved and fenced terrace are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, even a big and beautiful palm tree is offering shade. It is up to you to enjoy the view and sunbath together with other residents around the pool or you return to the privacy of your own garden.
