Summary: There were both pro's and con's to this hotel, overall i think it was over prized compared to the condition. Pro's: 1. Most of the waiters was awesome, very kind, polite and smiling. 2. House keeping (cleaning) was great. 3. Food and bar was good. 4. SPA workers was wonderful. 5. Young man serving tea was fantastic. Con's 1. The ATM was not working properly and the two male receptionist was very unfriendly and not very helpful. 2. The room was filled with ants and nothing was done about this. 3. The shampoo etc. looked like it was re-filled (used by other guest), which is fine and good for the environment, but should be informed about. 4. The bell-boy (man) was quiet aggressive and would not take a no for an answer, it was unpleasent. 5. I was looked out of my room as they cancelled my keycard before the actual check out time. 6. I asked about late check-out (for payment ofc), he didn't even check, just said no. It was the no which was the problem, it was how it was handle. I would not recommend this hotel, there are plenty other hotels closer to the center which you can get more for your money.
