Summary: Expedia doesn’t disclose very vital information about this resort such as limited access to a la carte as well as limited access to kids club facilities. Expedia also doesn’t disclose that it is a holiday provider managed property! The staff were very friendly and helpful and did everything within their power to make sure we had a good stay. Whilst the resort itself was not for us (thanks to Expedia misinformation) and so we had greater expectations - I am sure that had we known what to expect, it would have been a much more pleasant experience.
