For your convenience, we’ve included a welcome pack with basics such as a dish cloth, washing-up liquid, kitchen roll, and tea/coffee sachets so you can settle in and feel right at home.
Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms: a peaceful double room with soft linens, and a twin room perfect for children, friends, or extra guests. The modern bathroom features a bath/shower combo and fresh towels for your comfort.
Located within the beautiful Atlantic Reach Resort, you'll be surrounded by rolling Cornish countryside while being just 6 miles from the vibrant seaside town of Newquay. Whether you're spending your days surfing at Fistral Beach, exploring the South West Coast Path, or visiting local attractions, you'll have the perfect place to return to after a day of adventure.
Back at the resort, guests can enjoy the café, launderette, Manor House Bar (seasonal), teen den and children's play parks. If you'd like to make the most of the leisure facilities during your stay, gym and soft play passes are available to purchase separately, giving you the flexibility to choose what suits your holiday. During the high season, you can also enjoy activities such as Segway rides, mini golf and the popular Cornwall Slip and Slide, all available at an additional cost.

The local bus stop at Whitecross (Atlantic Reach) is right on the A392, giving you an easy way to explore nearby beaches, Newquay town, and charming Cornish villages without driving.
Flying in? Newquay Airport is less than 15 minutes from the property, so your holiday can start almost as soon as you land!
