Positive: The appartement was great and clean. It contains all what you need. The appartement owner Mrs. Zakia was great, very helpful and was always responding to my questions.

Negative: The worst customer service that I have ever had worldwide was with the manager (Lamia) of the appartement. She was very rude with me, whenever I want to talk, she keeps interrupting me. She started giving me a lecture of how to behave. When I wanted to leave she turned off her phone and I was stuck with the keys. After a few hours she told me that was traveling. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was frustrated with her service and the swimming pool that was destroyed and empty. The reason why I chose that appartement was for the swimming pool for my kids, but unfortunately, it is misleading information.

Summary: The appartement was great 10/10, the customer service was horrible 0/10
