Positive: Nicely arranged appartment with all you need. Swimming pool just outside, secured and calm complex of buildings. Very close to beach and restaurants. Friendly and helpful owner.

Negative: Apartment wasn't really clean but I received cleaning stuff from owner so I could do it myself. Cockroaches in the building and around the pool.
