Please be informed that noise is expected due to ongoing construction near our property. Construction is currently happening in almost every parts of Bali due to rapid expansion in the island.
Guests are kindly requested to ensure the safety of their personal belongings during their stay. The company is not liable for any loss or damage to items. Thank you for your understanding.
Occasional power disruptions might happen by the central electricity board which is beyond our control & we do not provide any gensets in the Apartment during that time.

Enhance your stay with the option of a sofa bed, available for an additional charge.
1. Late checkout will incur additional charges , based on availability & must be requested in advance.
2. Security deposit ( IDR 200.000,- ) will be kept upon check-in
3. Please contact the front office to save your valuables. Building Management will not be responsible for any loss of guest/tenant belongings inside the apartment also for loss or
damage of guest/tenant car and vehicles.
4. Guest/tenant must show a valid ID card or passport upon check-in and if requested upon check-out.
5. Maximum capacity of the unit is 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old or 3 adults.
6. An extra person will be charged IDR500.000,- person. Only 1 extra person is allowed.
7. Guests are not allowed to conduct any activity that constitutes breaking applicable law in Indonesia, including but not limited to gambling, using and or selling drugs and or narcotics.
8. Other than for shaving, guests or tenants are not allowed to operate and use electrical
appliances other than those already provided in the room.
9. Strong-smelling fruits such as Durian, Cempedak, Jackfruit, are not allowed inside the
apartment.
10. Guest/Tenant are not allowed to make loud noises that disturb another tenant/guest
11. The amenities provided in the room are not allowed to be brought out of the room; you can
purchase Lavaya merchandise through the reception desk.
12. Building management reserves the right to prohibit certain things, packages or containers from being brought into the apartment and may remove or take other actions for anything left
in the area without proper permit documents.
13. Pets are not allowed inside the Lavaya area, except those for guiding purposes.
14. Except in the provided outdoor smoking area, building management will try to keep the area including inside the apartments free from smokes.
15. From time to time without prior notice and refund or compensation, building management shall limit the number of persons who have access to the apartments or close the apartment
or other area temporarily for repair and maintenance purposes or for safety reasons.
16. For security reasons, building management reserves the right to enter an apartment unit anytime to evacuate or protect the guest and or the property.
17. Building management reserves the right to deny entry or request a person to leave the property, without any compensation or refund as a result of violating these House Rules.
18. Request for Cleaning Room is between 8 AM in the morning until 4PM in the afternoon.
19. It is prohibited to cook in the unit except with an induction cooker and the cooking does not produce a lot of smoke and causing strong smell
