This villa is an absolute gem, tucked away in a large garden backed by mountains but so close to the resort of Alykes which offers all the facilities for a great holiday. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs and welcoming air-conditioned interiors, Villa Stagio can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests,
The villa's interior offers cool, solid stone walls and stylish modern design, very spacious living areas (ground floor) all leading out to the shaded terrace and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for the preparation of meals of any kind. On the ground floor there are also 2 WCs. The upper floor has two interior staircases leading to two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom respectively (for a total of 4 bedrooms as well as 2 shower rooms on the upper floor), making this villa ideal for two friendly families travelling together. Outside there is the long, sea facing, covered balcony from where you can enjoy views across to the coastline and resort.
Outside, Villa Stagio features beautiful, exclusive gardens with lawn, private pool and barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining. Beautifully lit at night, the outdoor areas of the villa are a true delight! The large private pool measures 8m x 5m and sunbeds as well as parasols are provided for long hours under the warm Greek sun. Private parking is also available within the premises.
